Missing arcane needle after doing Queens II.
As the title states, I ran Queens II and it didn't pop-up at the end. Though it didn't even show it as a reward and I didn't think anything of it. I did Queens I and re-ran II afterwards and it still hasn't unlocked.

Hey there, the first character to complete the campaign earns the postgame upgrades during the 'Destined Heroes' exotic quest, including the 'Lost in the Light' and 'Found in the Dark' quests. Alt characters just replay the six mini-missions from banner staves at the Lost Tower. When the first character completes 'Home II' it unlocks 'Queens II' for other characters, but the alt characters can NOT get the reward from it until the first character gets theirs from playing it. This is what I think is happening here. Your Hunter is the main, and played Home II on the 6th, however has not ever played Queens II. That means until the Hunter plays and completes it, the Titan and the Warlock cannot gain their Prismatic upgrade from playing Queens II themselves. Play it on Hunter, then replay on Warlock and it should unlock properly.
