My Destiny 2 account appears partially reset. Many of my Exotics and armor pieces disappeared from my account and Collections as if I never unlocked them. My Beyond Light and other campaign progress on some characters also reset, while my Titan mostly kept progression.
I also received error code BOAR saying expansion content was damaged or missing. My loadouts still show missing Exotic items with the message “Item cannot be found.”
I restored licenses, checked DLC ownership, and confirmed I am on the correct account. Can Bungie investigate whether my account experienced corrupted sync data or a rollback issue?

You'll want to reverify the account by checking your PSN trophies, the trophy unlocks would be able to show certain things are those don't get relocked because of server issues - for example if you have the Last Wish completion trophy but not the in-game triumph, Bungie can pass that on to be looked into.
Do you have any clips that show you using any of the missing Exotics that can prove you did in fact own them? For example with some exotics you've included on your list, they are tied to raid or dungeons but your triumphs, game history etc do not contain encounter nor overall completions for the following content:
- Kings Fall
- Last Wish
- Garden of Salvation
- You're missing the Shattered Throne triumph for entering the dungeon
- One Xenophage step requires killing a Wizard inside Pit of Heresy but you show as having 0 seconds spent + 0 kills done inside the Pit of Heresy
As for the account rollback thing - when they've occurred in Destiny (Christmas 2022 and 2023 for example) happen in a particular way - server stops recording progress, then either once you get hit with Weasel/Contacting Destiny Servers->title screen or you restart Destiny your account is back to how it was at the time the server stopped recording progress which would be at most a few hours of rolled back progression.
Looking at your game history you have spotty gaps rather than clean cutoff points like was occurring during the above date for example.
