Just like the topic says, I am curious if players would be interested in D1 on PC or do you think it’s a relic that we’ve all moved on from?
It would be pretty cool to see Bungie/Sony release a $40 dollar package with everything.
Just a thought

2 回覆I would, but it better not be like 60 bucks. Maybe 5-10 bucks at most (yes including all DLC) Gladly would play some D1 on my PC at even 60fps with a better FOV.

2 回覆Played through it all this week after 8 years away - for context I put around 15k hours into that game, I literally played it 18 hours a day back then 😢 The dlcs aren't as good as I remember. They're very short & very simple/basic. There's huge QoL issues & really bad long grindy pointless quests. The strikes however are still top tier & hold up very well, as do the PvP maps. Graphics & frame rate need huge help too. If they're willing to give the game more than just a frames & field of view upgrade , absolutely, but I highly doubt it would be the worth the investment. If it's just a simple frames & field of view slider then nope, it's very dated in its grind & incentives. The one thing that stood out was a game like that needs a big population, it wouldn't get that & so everything outside of the short campaigns would become tedious - I deleted the account after getting to 40/300 be ause it was essentially pointless wasting hours mm to find the same few names in every activity. But coming back to D2 instantly showed me that this game is a LOT better than D1 in almost every aspect outside of strikes & PvP maps & D2 on series X looks x100 better than D1 does.

由Meat Fountain編輯: 4/27/2026 12:39:16 PMThe only console I ever owned was designed before I was born so it might be cool to see what all the fuss is about. I'm sure it would need to be brought up at least to the standard of D2 in many ways first, though.
