Can’t Authenticate Epic account
Somehow I have an epic account linked to my Bungie account but don’t have any guardians on my Epic. I want to cross save my guardians from Xbox to PS5 but can’t authenticate my epic account because it doesn’t recognize the account but somehow it’s linked. Is there anyway to get around that or am I SOL and going to have to start fresh on PS5? I really don’t want to lose almost 8 years worth of progress on my Xbox account because of Epic.

3 回覆Hey there, try logging out of Bungie.net and logging back in with your Epic Games credentials. One of two things should happen. 1 - You'll get logged back into this same Bungie Account. In the Cross Save section, Epic Games will automatically be authenticated. 2 - You'll get logged into another Bungie Account or the system will ask if you want to make one/link one. In this case, the Epic Games account is not the one linked to the Bungie Account you are posting on.
