The new "Shield Throw" progress bar seems to have pretty low priority. Even when the bar is fully charged, it's still lower than things like "Improved Ability Regeneration x3" and the "Banner Shield" ally counter, as seen in the image. This makes knowing when your shield is fully charged pretty hard, as the bar gets hidden.
