"Frost Armor on shattering crystals" was probably the lamest suggestion I've ever seen thrown around as a solution to the inviability of this aspect, and it's not very surprising that Bungie actually implemented it. This doesn't really take Revenant anywhere that it wasn't already, because who's going to take "Frost Armor when you slam stuff" over "better grenades AND better melee builds" on a subclass with already weak abilities? You don't need Frost Armor from this aspect when you can already build into it without having impaired neutral game. Maybe just add some more benefits to Shattering stuff that isn't pointless DR. While you're at it, buff Frost Armor and Cryoclasm too.
