Ideas for 3.5 subclass system

First, let me get this out of the way. Yes, I know a new subclass system won't save destiny, I just want to have fun (sigh, I remember fun). What would you think if aspects changed depending on the combination of aspects you equipped? The closest thing we have to compare at the moment is the Solar warlocks, heat rising aspect, it adds effects to several other abilities and aspects, what if it were like that for every aspect for everyone. For example, Solar Hunter's on your mark aspect and knock'em down, could simply change cure or add radiance to the x10 effect, with this system it could make any aspect pair and benefit any other one. I'd love it if it could also change the Warlocks soul functionality depending on the combination of aspects. For example, when paired with Icarus dash, Icarus dash goes further with more movement control, and Hellion activates, in exchange Helion is weaker but can be used more frequently, fires aggressive, seeking projectiles that scorch on impact. When paired with a touch of flame, grenads are granted a larger area of effect and helion becomes a giant fireball turret in your rift or phoenix dive, scorching targets caught inside, the hellion turret moves towards scorched targets.

  • Void Hunter (long one, but I’m having fun) I have been thinking on how hunters could be buffed since warlocks and titans got their massive ability stat rework and I think the best way for hunters to go would be a weapon stat focused ability rework. For example, paring vanishing step with stylish executioner. (Vanishing Step) Dodging turns you invisible. [b]Turning or refreshing invisibility grants a number of volatile rounds (no timer, a set amount) the amount and strength of the rounds scale with the weapon stat.[/b] (Stylish Executioner) defeating a void rebuffed target grants invisibility, [b](the melee effect is removed, becoming apart of the combination effect with trappers ambush X stylish executioner) aiming down sights for a brief period without firing converts a volatile round into a silencer round, silencer rounds do not break invisibility and immediately cause a volatile explosion.[/b] (G Falcon would be reworked to add bonus volatile rounds when this combo is equipped, works as is with other combos/subclasses)
