Network manipulation cannot. Either way Bungie doesn't care.

FWIW: have seen quite a few SUS players in HMetal runs…they appear to move / shoot faster, and have bags of health, too, and appear to have excellent cross-map targeting abilities, and they seem to have X-Ray vision!? 🧐 Or, so it seems! I only know that whether I’m in a brig / tank - if I moved any slower I’d be going backwards; and my gun fires slower than the appearance of Halley’s Comet…😵‍💫 I put most of it down to lag / Latency…most, not all. 🤖 That is all. What does it matter it's a goofy party mode. I put on some music and drink wine while grinding the ranks lol.
