The "blam" leaves it to interpretation and your spelling leaves it questionable. Could it be a action figure? a Sandwich? A model train? Or could it be simply something you wish to express on someone's forum about something you use to pleasure yourself since that's "in" these days I suppose but we can leave that to interpretation as well.
