Hey there, unfortunately as of the 25th of March, it is no longer possible to unlink accounts. Bungie does not forcibly unlink them either. You'll need to work with Epic support to regain access to the account.

If its your account then you'd work with them to regain access to it, if they can't or won't give you the account back then you're unfortunately pretty much out of luck unless the Epic account has broken Epics terms of service/rules and you get the account banned. If they won't help you and the account hasn't broken the rules then there's pretty much nothing that can/will be done by Epic.

You need access to the account, the linkage and anything Bungie related is not relevant to Epic. You will not be able to disable cross save without being able to authenticate all linked accounts, also keep in mind as of March 25 linked accounts cannot be unlinked.
