I am currently trying to obtain all of the prismatic fragments from the Final Shape expansion for my warlock. My next fragment that I am trying to get is the Faucet of Command, which needs the Divided Prismatic Key. When attempting to solve the scorch cannon puzzle by breaking frozen ice blocks and picking up the elemental charges, there is no option for me to pickup said charges. I saw another gamer affected by this issue whose name is Nord#6867. Who also made a post here on the help page on March 13. It has been a week since this issue has been addressed and is still not fixed. Until this is fixed, I cannot complete all the fragments that I need. Please fix this. Thank you!
