Saw the post you made in their discord, it looks like you were not in their clan and asking people to DM you to help them for getting divinity. From what I saw they have a community rule that if you are looking for people to play with in their community you would need to keep it within their community and they probably enforce it more strictly for non-clan members. They also have a process for helping new people learn raids and for getting divinity. I understand you probably had good intentions, but going to a clan Discord and asking people to DM you is probably not a good idea specially if you haven't been an active person within their clan.
So, you expect ppl who join your inactive clans to stay in only 1 discord sever? players are allowed to join as many servers as they want in discord, to find help or to help others. You basically kicked him out because he was finding help. I’ve joined enough to understand and realize that some servers are not active or dont show effort. That’s my reason why I would join others, if I do want to search for more options and gain knowledge from other experienced players. I think that’s completely fine to do. you kicked out a well rounded player that’s good and active in both pve/pvp. That’s rare to see nowadays
It seems like you are making assumptions about a community or a clan that you are not familiar with, and a user that didn't quite get how that clan works and not only had no interest of joining it was just there to grab players to do other stuff with. If you need people to do stuff with and happy with your own clan you can go to D2 LFGs discord to get people. No reason to go to random clan diacords.
It is impossible to do divinity runs unless somebody needs divinity in the fireteam. So it's necessary to schedule around the times they can play. Rather, i start and planned an event and wait 2 weeks to do a 20-minute raid just to follow your rules even if there's a chance i wont find someone to help get divinity. I tried being more active, but your clan does 1 raid a day with an expected 2-3hour clear for KWTD and the planned lfg posts and filled minutes after posted by the same people. If it isn't kwtd, you spend 2 hours to teach 1 encounter of a raid a week and a practice session for that encounter the week after. There was nothing i could do to be more active then play the planned se run i had today unless it was a spoils farm of which i have max spoils. To the moment, i tried starting my own planned raid, You boot me.
