Forced name change
My name was forcefully changed to "Guardian0318" for seemingly no reason and i am unable to change it back due to a previous name change that used my token. The current name change process in my personal opinion is not what it should be in a game. It restricts player's customizability for no seemingly no reason and if they are caught in the same situation as me with no name change tokens left, it forces them to have a tag that they don't want and is different than before. This can cause conflict with other players you have played with before and know you as a previous name. The same problem occurs when I change my name purposefully but then at least I am aware of what is to come, instead of being forced into more problems that I did not want to deal with in the first place. It would be greatly appreciated if the issue were to be solved, not just for me, but for the community.

2 回覆Hello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] A name reset to default like that means it was detected or reported, reviewed by Bungie and reset to"Guardian####", that indicates that some part of the name broke the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url] or the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide]Bungie Name Policy[/url], was filtered, and [b]cannot/should not be used again.[/b] When that happens, you get the new name cross play message in-game as notice of the name change. You can try a different name if you have a name change available. If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it.
