Thanks, I understand now. It is because you have a linked XBox account, but do not have cross-save set up. Some parts of the site, like your profile, have a dropdown that lets you swap which platform you are looking at, so your profile shows your blank XBox account, and I can change it to PSN and see your characters. Not all parts of the site can do this, and in those cases, they always default to the first account on the list. Due to the way things were coded, XBox is the first account it will look at, if present, then PSN, then Steam, then Epic. So the reason that page is showing what it does, is because it is defaulting to your XBox account and not the PSN account you actually play on. This can also break /join in-game, the system tries to join people to your XBox profile, even though you are in-game on your PSN characters. Is there a reason why you have it linked? Unlinking it would solve the issue, as then the only remaining account is PSN, and all parts of the site will point to that instead.
