Username Censored and Eight Months of Radio Silence

Way back in July, I made this post ([url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264154031?sort=0&page=0[/url]) where I was trying to determine why my username is censored in the in-game chat. A very helpful forum-goer directed me to the "Text-Based Language Filters" Contact Forum, which I filled out. I noticed the next day that the ticket was closed, but the issue was still appearing in game. I dropped a comment in the case (which moved from "solved" back to "open"), waited a week, then two week, a month, two months, and so on, never receiving an update. I opened a second case, and it too immediately became "solved". I opened a follow-up, closed again. Is this contact form just a pipe to /dev/null? Like, I get that my small issue isn't a priority, but 246 days without a reply just seems... long?
