Remove PSN from Crosssave Stuck PLEASE READ!
I log in to to all my PS products and account fine. When I try and remove the PS account from crosssave it states the login information action is incorrect. I only have one account for PS and it matches my currrnt info. I have reset my password now multiple times. Still nothing. I changed my online name on PS after I did the cross save. This is the only reason I could see but that doewnt even fit. The email has stayed the same. This has to be something Bungie can fix on their end. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Sony with no luck and Bungie has zero way to contact them. Any help? Please. I’m desperate and will be overly appreciative with any help.

What happens if I no longer have access to my old PSN account and want to remove it so I can put my new account on it? PSN said they can’t help me get access to that account anymore and I don’t think bungie will remove it for me.

It will either, A) log you right back into this same Bungie account, and PSN will be automatically authenticated on the deactivate cross-save screen, or B) it will not log you into this Bungie account, which would imply it is a different PSN account altogether than the one linked.
