Can someone help me with a problem? I've been banned (unjustly) for almost two years now. When I tried to appeal the ban on my account, I wasn't able to because every time I tried to log in through Bungie Help, it would always redirect me back to the homepage with the banned account (this one). I used another account that I had when I was a kid, and with that one, I had no issues logging into Bungie Help. I was able to submit a form, send videos, and explain that the banned account was a different one. However, after waiting almost six months for a response, the only reply I got was: "The account you’re contacting us from has no restrictions." Which is obvious—since it wasn’t the banned account. But I didn’t receive any other response besides that. They didn’t even take the time to read what I had written in all caps, stating "THIS IS NOT THE BANNED ACCOUNT", or to watch the videos where I showed that my banned account wouldn’t let me log into Bungie Help. I even provided the email, username, etc., but nothing. Does anyone know how I can contact a moderator directly or if there’s a way to fix the issue of not being able to access Bungie Help?
