Everything is in the title I think Game is in French but you can see that I upgraded it to tier 3 and the masterwork effect doesn't work.Neither on the icon borders nor at the top of the screen. I'm asking because I've maybe made a mistake but it really seems like it's just a bug. Anyway if you have an answer I'll be ready to hear it.
