I don't think you can get this particular one that way. I have gotten others this way, but I think it is only certain ones.

Not that I know if it’s still obtainable but is it? Some weapons, armor and other shaders are in the C.V. If you don’t already have them. It could be why you haven’t got it yet.

I believe it is in the loot pool. I don't know how to check though.

I think your best option is to equip as much I.B. Armor as you can with any emblem to increase your reputation gains for completing matches. Tip: If you don’t know you can put iron banner cosmetic ornaments on top of Iron Banner armor to make it 2/5 of armor pieces for max reputation gains.

It Can be tough but there are lots of other cool shaders if you don’t think it’s worth the hassle. If it’s a steel effect you are looking for I would recommend (without knowing the armor set you want to equip it to) Blue steel, Iron counter shade, dream cycle or scintillant Trajectory. Hope this helps out and good luck if you do continue the grind. Hopefully sooner than later you’ll get it.
