Flawless master nightmare hunt triumph requires the entire fireteam to not die?
The description says "Complete any Nightmare Hunt on Master difficulty without dying."
But as shown in the link, I didn't die but I didn't get the triumph. Does it actually require nobody in the fireteam to die?

Yes same goes with dungeons unless you complete them solo without dying. It didnt ise to be that way because I remember when shattered throne first released you could get the triumph but they changed it at some point to where the whole team has to be flawless.
