Lightfall and Strand Subclass not recognising as purchased

I purchased Lightfall + Annual Pass but it’s not working on, and when I try to use strand subclass it says “requires Destiny 2: Lightfall”. I’ve tried restoring licenses on my PS5 but it doesn’t do anything. PlayStation support said to contact Bungie :( please help!

      I bought it in May 2024 on my PS5, but only recently noticed this issue after my PS+ subscription ran out..
