Recently returned player. I have a Hawkmoon (unsure if it predates Xur selling Hawkmoon) with Opening Shot that does not allow me to activate the perk. Nothing happens when I click on it in game and DIM lists the perk as "Transformative" and trying to activate it results in a message stating I don't have enough materials. A quick test in game suggests that this is not a visual bug and the perk is not active. Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck waiting for Xur's RNG?
