I want a mobility resilience armor with 20~ on both, but the dumb top half bottom half system keeps giving me the dumb strength stat (I don't need it, yet have gotten it a bunch) and if it isn't that, ITS THE USELESS INTELLECT STAT(useless since damage matters more than time, especially on roaming supers) I'm so tired man, I just want something that can help me do my build but it's never worth it I'm over here working with 30 recov because I have to pour it all into either of the two stats I want high
