Text and voice chat not working even though allowed in parental controls
Like the title says...I'm the responsible adult for a child account and have enabled text and voice chat, but the features are not actually working for the player in game. I've written to Bungie Support on this multiple times and they have confirmed that the DOB is correct and the account is classified as a child account but they are unable to help further. What can I do?
