it would be great if the juggernaut aspect got reworked to function like the space marine 2 iron halo ability

but to balance it out you have a -20% movement penalty and only 150HP in crucible to avoid easy wins on 1v1 duels, the shield would have 70% DR against combatants and anyone who gets in contact with your shield gets arc blinded so you don't get insta-killed by unstoppable or overload champions if you get up close.

reason why to this is because juggernaut is just barebones useless in PVE, not only does the shield have bad hit registration half of the time, most attacks are from melee and AOE damage which the shield can't block at all, and even in PVP its just like 50HP which doesn't do that much compared to other aspects that provide better survivability for both PVE and PVP, plus having a mobile dome shield fits perfectly into the juggernaut walking tank power fantasy, providing mobile shield support for your teammates while not being a sitting duck from everything else.
