so yea, idk what this is and why its happening, I never had this before. so incase the clip is a bit weird to watch. So I turned smoothing on and off and the behavior is almost the same, like it does "smoothed" circles that feel like its lagging behind and then its snaps to the final movement. idk if anyone experienced this before, but I hope someone can help me. sidenote, in my mouse settings I do not have any form of smoothing active.
