I want to ask about the news...
Why the hell does anything cost 5 engrams to focus? First and foremost, this is absolute nonsense. I don't care if drops increase. There is nothing you've created that is worth 5 engrams to focus. People can stick with the randoms and probably get the right rolls faster.
Secondly what kind of nonsense is one engram for Adept weapon focusing, and 5 engrams for regular Nightfall focusing? GMs should drop more loot anyway, because they're harder and take longer. The cost should be the same for focusing. This sounds like rewards are getting worse for GM, to me. If you're saying its one engram to focus, that tells me to expect alot less drops. It tells me they're rare, so make it count.
Two should be your max for any focusing. Unless you create exotic level legendaries with insane perk combinations that destroy everything at even the highest difficulties. All of this needs to be redone to something reasonable, especially since people aren't playing like they used to.
You think they'll flood back when everything is even more expensive to deal with?

"we're making changes to help new players". Yeah sure, removing a resource you can stockpile while increasing the cost for focusing is helping new players

You realise it's not just one engram for an adept Nightfall drop right? It's also the ten nightfall ciphers too. Meaning you're still gonna have to go through a minimum of five grandmasters (getting 2 per run) and hitting the max stack of ten for a single weapon.
