Hey, I know, Centrifuge is the new toy and all said and done, Riskrunner needed some PvP nerfing but one on one, Riskrunner should have a chance to finish the match. Technically, Riskrunner is superior, between Arc Resistance and increased damage from Arc hits. Yet, Arc Resistance has been nerfed to the ground and it doesn't seem to receive any damage buff, let alone its chain lightning. In a world where Graviton Lance blobs kill just about everyone on contact, people can still rampage with shotguns, melee powered hits and fusions, i think Riskrunner can have its abilities retuned back some.
