Since Lightfall released, Fighting Lion's catalyst "Chimera" has not been granting the bonus accuracy and handling to Kinetic and Power weapons, nor does the perk show in the buffs column. I searched in the "Year 6 Known Issues Article", but I was unable to find anything. Sorry if this has already been acknowledged by Bungie elsewhere.
