In the deep bug fix plz
Hello I’ve recently downloaded destiny as I’m a major fan I also purchased the trilogy pack to catch up on the story before I get Lightfall I’m in step 10 of 19 of the Legscy: Shadowkeep Arc “In the Deep” I proceed to activate the flag and go inside I walk about 10 steps and then crashes sends me all the way back to the Xbox Home Screen no warnings no error codes just blanks and I end up at my Home Screen plz help wit this issue as to I don’t wanna feel I bought the trilogy pack for nothing if I can’t complete that 1st arc

Hi there! Thank you for your report. Bungie is aware that this is occurring and they are investigating. Please try disabling any 3D Audio sound settings you have enabled on your console, such as Windows Sonic or Dolby ATMOS and see if the issue persists.
