Loadout Menu and Seasonal Artifact Mods are extremely short sighted

I think I can vouch for everyone and say the Loadout Menu was an awesome Idea. However, its current implementation is extremely short sighted. There are two things holding it back that makes it more worth using. 1) It will not pull gear from the Vault. So you either have to make sure you keep every piece on you or remember exactly what pieces you are missing to dig out of the vault. If I am already going to have to got to DIM to grab that gear, kind of makes it not really worth using and just go back to my old way of managing my loadouts in DIM at that point. 2) The Seasonal Artifact should be allowed to be completely unlocked as Loadout slots require different mods, some of which require a full artifact reset to reacquire the correct mods. This is kind of Silly that when I swap subclasses to tackle different content, I am having to constantly reset the artifact to reapply those mods. If the artifact mod is already free to reset, why not just allow all to be unlocked. I am not entirely sure I understand the thinking behind the 12 mod limit, being that it is free to reset anyways. This really does not make any sense, just makes it a nuisance to players who are constantly having to reset the artifact to select to correct mods for each build. All in all, these two reasons ultimately Kill it's current implementation. Fix this and it would actually make since to use it. Else, players are better off still using DIM to manage their loadouts because this really doesn't make any sense why these limitations are present when they put constraints on saved load outs.
