Since Lightfall, I can't tell you how many times I (max resilience, unflinching mods, high stability weapons) have been dumping an entire magazine into another player (less than half resilience, no unflinching mods, low stability weapons) and they just shoot right through it. Never missing a perfect headshot, optimal ttk, blah blah. Was there some kind of change that I missed? Or is there something broken under the hood that's going unnoticed because the entire game is falling apart at the seams right now? quick edit: just kinda realized that even the top pvp streamers ignore resilience for recovery now... something's different
