Issue disabling Cross Save
Hello!
I'm would like to ask for help, regarding disabling Cross Save on my account.
I have Cross Save enable with Steam, Xbox and PlayStation.
The issue is that my PlayStation account was stolen a while ago and I've already contacted Sony, and tried to recover my account.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to get back the account, because I can't supply the specific info that Sony is asking (when was the last item that I've purchased or the S/N of the PlayStation, where my account was created).
I've tried to prove that my account was stolen in many different ways (email address), but I don't have that specific info they ask... It was an account that I didn't used that much and it was created long time ago.
Here, in the Bungie platform, I'm able to authenticate my Steam and Xbox account... Except my PSN account!
Regarding that I would like to know if there's a way to remove my PSN account from Cross Save. Please... I don't want to be associated to that account in any way. Guess it won't happen anything, but I'm always afraid that someone logs into that account and erase my progress.

Hello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/978300950097842206/giphy.gif],[/url] In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
