BungieHelp Response Time?
Hey there Guardian's,
My sweetheart filed a help desk request over a week ago and it's just lingering on saying "Open".
What will we see when we know for sure the ticket has been seen by someone?

4 回覆Hi there! Any requests submitted are answered during regular business hours, in the order they are received and at the sole discretion of Destiny Player Support. If there is a high volume of tickets, it may take time for the ticket to be responded to. If you submitted a request, please continue to monitor it for any responses.

Was this for a ban appeal? If yes, there is no guarantee you will get a response. If you don't get a response within a month, your ban was correctly placed and will not be removed.
