Dear Bungie Help Team, I am writing to you today regarding an issue with my Destiny 2 account. [b]Despite fulfilling the requirement of passing level 7 in the Destiny 1 Rise of Iron Triumph Book before August 1st, 2017[/b], I have noticed that the Saladins Pride Emblem is missing from my collections. Not only did I reach level 7 by that date, but I reached book rank 21 as seen in the attached image. As a dedicated Destiny player, I have put in over 2900 hours to earn various achievements and rewards. However, it is disheartening to see that the Saladins Pride Emblem, which I rightfully earned, is not present in my collections. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I believe that this emblem is an important and meaningful representation of my hard work and dedication to the game over the years, and I would greatly appreciate your help in ensuring that it is rightfully added to my collections.
