My advice is just...Give up hope. I had the same situation, I am between properties at the minute and was hit by the wave too.
Luckily I was able to put in my appeal...However after 4 Days Radio Silence I have given up hope of even being acknowledged. Your best bet is to just make an entirely new account and buy the DLC when they're on sale or from a CD Key site

Won't support a company to re grind a character from scratch when they could easily look up a ban appeal and restore your account, they should give a strike system or something not a straight ban and take your money. They don't get to double dip to make more money..

That's what I'm sayin' most of these bans were from the recovs. Which let's be real isn't really cheating the game. Most people get recovs when they don't have the time to invest in a game that feels more like a job.

Esp since youtubers are making money doing the content ( given -blam!- many subs n views). its one sided.. but they don't give any warnings which they should give a strike or suspension 1st then if happens again after I can understand a ban
