I have done that and then some. It is not even showing under partner rewards but it does show under my twitch account. Before you ask yes I have my accounts linked they have been for the last 3 years. Though for some reason these two emblems are not going through.

Yeah, I thought I did it all too go the this link https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners Hit the refresh button once or a few times then go back and log into destiny. They should be there under Flair < General. I just did it myself, it didn't show them on my list but when I logged into the game they were in my Flair under General. Good Luck and Hope this helps.
