I got witch Queen for cheap since light fall came out and been doing the quests for it. The Preservation mission is missing for me, i have completed witch queen campaign i have done all other evidence bored missions available to me, i have tried deleting and reaccepting the quest, i have started up the raid and done the first bits that i can do solo, i have tried restarting my game a few times, it is still not showing up for me. anyone got any ideas on how to get it to appear that i haven't already tried?
