I started having this issue yesterday (2/23/23) in the morning, I think. Logging out of my account and back in has not fixed it. I am able to log in to the game and play on my characters, but the companion app and Bungie website state there are no characters linked to my account, and my API feed stopped updating when the error started happening. I have a linked PS and Steam account, cross save enabled, and mainly play on PC, if that makes any difference.
