Hotfix 6.3.0.5 deployed on Jan 24 states "the first daily drop of a Wellspring weapon will have Deepsight." This worked for me on the first attempt following the hotfix, but has not worked since. I am dropping the rotational weapon on first clear consistently, but it does not have Deepsight.
