Unfortunately, as the instructions were clear for receiving the reward, to give your BungieName in the DM, and when asked to submit your information, you intentionally and willfully gave the information of your friend, the award was assigned to that BungieName. It wasn't an accident, as you did so on purpose yourself. In your post, you say it was a miscommunication, but you also say you specifically gave the information on purpose. If the emblem was granted to your friend, there's nothing to be done, as the emblem was awarded as it was intended to be. If submitting the form, as you said you did, is unsuccessful, as you said it was, then there's unfortunately nothing else that can be done concerning it. That form is the only contact point for submitting requests concerning contest emblems and the like. Sadly, the emblem was awarded, and it was awarded to the Bungie account you asked that it be awarded to when asked which account it should be awarded to.
