So me and my friend were playing Spire and during the boss fight he was hit with a perma ban. It has been his first ban without warning or anything and we dont know why he was. He is a avid d2 player and has bought every single dlc. For years of playing this game and no cheating or exploits he gets banned now. We were hoping to play lightfall together but now its a letdown. He put an appeal which has done nothing and has been reviewed non eligible.
