According to the hotfix on January 24th if you had the exotic glaive on 1 character you could purchase the recipe on the other characters from the evidence board in the enclave. I have the glaive on my hunter but when I go to the evidence board on my Warlock and Titan there is nothing at the evidence board. No square button interaction. Do I need to do something else like have a quest on my character. Not sure what I'm missing here.
