PS5 Mic Not Working in D2 Pulse 3D headset

Pulse3D Settings ok
Cross Save account PC D2 settings ok
Only thing I know is my default account is Steamwhich I played through Nvidia Shield on Mac logged into everything and fixed settings no luck
