I’m waiting until after it is released. If the game is released all unstable full of bugs, error codes, the same state it’s in now, I will pass on it and wait until it is “stable” in the spring or summer. I’m convinced it will never be completely “fixed”. Last week I bought Forspoken in-spite of the bad reviews, I’m enjoying the gameplay, the story and cutscenes are as terrible as everyone has reported it’s comically bad, but the spell casting and GAMEPLAY is really fun. In the past I would have been bounty prepping for the new Destiny release during my gaming time. Instead I’m playing something that I enjoy, and not harboring bad feeling towards D2 and the poor state it is in now, which is refreshing.

Pre-ordered and hyped. I spend money on games I enjoy playing

Bought it the same day it was available. Knew I was gonna play whatever happened so why not.

I’m also just going to add one more thing. At the end of the day, it’s entirely up to anyone on what they want to do, if they want to purchase Lightfall or not. I’m not here to judge anyone who doesn’t want to, or if they do want to but would rather not say because they’re scared of what others will think. We are all entitled to what we think. For me, I’ve preordered based on the principle of what Bungie did with Witch Queen: a solid Bungie campaign backed with such a beautiful, expanded destination with Savathuns Throne World. I don’t really mind about the seasonal content right now, it can be both exciting and frustrating. But come Lightfall, I’m buying it just for the expansion experience itself. Sure, there could potentially be game breaking bugs again, but there may not be. It’s up to you on what you think may or may not happen. If you want to get Lightfall, then by all means go for it. If you want to get it and wait until the reviews come out, then go for it. Even if you don’t want to get it at all, that’s totally fine. But just know that no matter what you decide to do, nobody will stop you from what you want to do, because at the end of the day, you’re in control of what you want to do, and how you want to spend your time/money. So by all means, whatever you decide to do, then choose with your heart, what you truly think.

I’ve preordered it. It doesn’t mean that I’ll play it day one. I can wait and see what the reviews say and if there’s been massive changes, then I might consider playing it. I could ask for a refund, but I thought I’d wait and see if Bungie is bold enough to make a plethora of good changes. And I mean REALLY good changes.

Not feeling it, but honestly... way to much time invested in the game to not see it to the end..... like watching all of Game of Thrones except the last two episodes... sure you may be pissed at the ending but you still have to see it.

Eventually but not up front. I want them to reduce the grind like they usually do first. Upfront it looks tedious. I also want to see how the social systems play out. So I think the earliest I would jump back in is end of summer. And that's [i]if[/i] the game looks like it did something new and the grind [i]does[/i] get cut.

I plan on waiting and seeing. I'll buy it or I won't. I won't buy it now. I won't buy it this coming week. Probably not the next. That's all I can say.
