Yes, it is now. It wouldn't show anywhere in inventory until I equipped it from DIM. Even after loading the DIM loadout where it would actively go onto the Titan if you look at the transmog it shows an active shader but in the ornament slot it doesn't show the mark even though it is actively on the character. So in recap the ornament gets loaded from DIM and is actively on the character but still doesn't show as ANY ornament is slotted.
