Bright Engrams still dropping the same rewards you already have
Just turned in an engram and got a ship I had for over 1 year or maybe more. Didn't you fix this problem when cheese forever pointed it out to you?

The bug was that there were certain items, such as shaders, that were dropping even though they should have been an unlock. Ships, Sparrows, Ghost Shells, all can drop duplicates.
