Not returning to the normal realm after beating Duality
Every time I beat Caitl now in the Duality Dungeon, my whole fireteam remains in the nightmare realm until the mission complete timer runs out. This then means that we have to go to the postmaster to get the gear we just earned.

Each time, one of my friends kept hitting her while she moved for the next bell, killing her before she could be stunned again. We now have a rule that we don't kill her unless stunned and we have no more issues getting stuck.

Only had this happen once but unlike the bells bug this one is more of an annoyance once the mission complete comes up just leave and the loot follows Think this one might get fixed after the bells as well the bells bug is more of a problem then this one

The same exact thing happened to me today while doing the Beyond mission on the Moon. After killing Nightmare Crota I was just stuck in a red glowing realm. I had to blow myself up with a rocket to get out of it with respawn.
