Matchmaking Restricted
I was notified that I am restricted from matchmaking for 2 weeks due to consistent internet connectivity problems. I just moved into a new house and was only able to use wifi until recently. I did have poor connectivity and it bothered me too. I am now hard-wired and experiencing highly improved gameplay. Any way to have the restriction lifted?

Now, if you have finally fixed it, you won't have to fear a further 2-month restriction coming your way in the future.
