I say adjust the sluggish and animation speed of any slow mechanic first and then allow all exotics to enhance or change the orientation further. Need to run this game like a fast pace shooter and RPG not a fast pace shooter with slow moving or activating RPG mechanics. Bungie has to allow players to play the game legally in the ideals that come to mind with what they have. Trying to control how something works in a game versus allowing it to have its potential reach is one of the biggest issues with this game. Anytime something “works as intended” they try to fix it when they should be fixing something else.
